These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you (the business/administrator) and ARVGrow ReviewFlow. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our software tools.

2. Compliance & Legal Usage

As a Reputation Management System client, you agree to comply with all federal and local regulations regarding customer communications. Specifically:

• You will not configure SMS templates or automation filters that selectively gate or hide review options from users.
• You accept sole responsibility for the messaging permission consent flags mapped under your system contact directories.
• You agree not to bypass the regulatory interstitials generated during customer routing workflows.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

ARVGrow ReviewFlow is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty structures. We do not guarantee Google Search local visibility score changes or target reviews quantities. We are not liable for listing suspensions stemming from violating merchant terms defined by third-party search directories.
